Spinach and Cheese Dumplings

Raw material:

  • 200 grams of cooked spinach, dumpling
  • 50 grams of mozzarella cheese,

Method

STEP 1 : Stir-fry the spinach filling.

  • Then add the cheddar cheese and stir-fry until the cheese melts.

STEP2 : Wrap the dumplings.

  • When the cheese has melted, scoop the spinach onto the wonton wrappers, then top with the mozzarella cheese. Then, using your finger, wet it with water and spread it around the edges of the wonton wrappers.

STEP 3 : Fry the dumplings.
